This happy anniversary card is mainly made up from scraps of paper so it is really cheap and easy to make but still looks elegant and stylish . You can adjust the anniversary wording on the card to suit any anniversary celebration.

Begin making this anniversary card with an A4 sheet of white card for card making. Draw a line (in pencil) through the center of the inside of the card and fold the sides in to meet the line you have just drawn.Cover both sides of the front of the card with pink paper leaving a 1cm gap at the top and bottom of the anniversary card.

Then select a patterned sheet of pink paper and attach this to both sides using double sided tape and leaving 2-3cm gap from the edge of the pink paper.

Place another sheet of pink patterned paper on both sides of the card, again, leaving a gap at the top and bottom of the other papers so they can also been seen.

Tie a length of pink organza ribbon down the right hand side of the card. The pink organza ribbon should be 1.5″-2″ thick. Cut the ends of the ribbon at an angle.

Use a Fiskars shape template if you have one to cut a heart shape from white hammered card stock. If you do not have a Fiskars cutter you can use a heart template or simple draw one manually.

Find a large background stamp, some silver embossing powder and a clear stamp pad. I find that VersaMark pigment inkpad works the best and I use it all the time.

Stamp and emboss the pattern onto the heart shape using a heat embossing tool.

Place the heart shape on the right hand side of the card using 3D foam pads

You can use the same mat and layering effect to make the inside of the card more attractive and add any anniversary card message you want.

To finish of this anniversary card place a silver happy birthday peel off sticker on the left hand side of the card. You can use this anniversary card design for a 1st anniversary or 50th anniversary or any other occasion simply be adding a peel off sticker with the relevant wording instead of the happy anniversary wording I have used here.
