This Christmas card is not only easy, it is also very cheap to make because it mainly consists of paper and card and hand made embellishments.

The background of the card is green to fit in with the Christmas theme. It is an A4 piece of green card that has been folded in half and cut to the size of a DL card.

The gingerbread men are cut from two pieces of decorative paper that are exactly the same. The reason this has been done is so they can be placed on top of each other to create a 3D effect. Use really sharp scissors when cutting out any shapes so that the edges are neat and not torn in any way.

Make sure that you have two of each gingerbread men. If you do not have the gingerbread men paper then any Christmas shapes will create the same effect as long as you have the same shape or image twice so that you can make them 3D

Use 3D foam to attach the two images together. If you wanted to make the image stand out even more you could always add additional detail such as glitter or jewels.

The little circles have been cut from the remaining or left over paper. I have used a craft punch to cut the circle shape however you could use any type or circle cutter or even cut these free hand. If you do not have these craft tools in your craft supplies you can also use a hole punch.

The circles have been glued in random places all over the card. I have used a craft glue to do this and I have inked around the edges of the circle with a black ink pad. You could also use a whispers ink pen if you have one.

The wording for this handmade Christmas card idea has been made using peel off stickers that have been placed onto green card and then mounted using 3D foam onto silver card.

A brad has been placed in the middle of the card. I used wire to make it look like the name plate was hanging from the brad.

If you do not have wire in your craft supplies you can also use ribbon, red green, gold or any Christmas colors will look great.
