Female Hat Decoupage Card making ideas

This female birthday card has been made using a sheet of decoupage.

The decoupage has been put together using 3d foam and placed on the left hand side of the card

I also added some borders to the right hand side along with some birthday wording. This is just one of the really simple card making ideas.
