This card was made using stripey and silver paper. I began by covering the card with the stripy paper and cutting a rectangle from what was left over as well as a silver piece. The ties down the edge of the card are made from shrink plastic using a wooden tie stamp. The words ‘Happy Birthday’ were cut from a sizzix sidekick machine and placed on the rectangles of stripey and silver card.  This was secured using brads.
