Step By Step Paper Nation Dinosaur Card

This handmade card was made from a paper nation decoupage set

Decoupage is the term used when creating a picture from a step by step sheet of paper which you cut out and build up into a 3D image. I find paper nation products are fun and really easy to use.

Begin by cutting out all the pieces from the paper nation sheet and build up your 3D pictures in the order suggested.

When you purchase paper nation decoupage sheets, you can also get backing paper to match. Here I have used the corresponding backing paper, cut a rectangle, rubber stamped and embossed the word ‘Happy Birthday’

I then attached this to the front of the card (I have used green card to match the colors)
I then used silver peel offs around the edge to make it stand out.

I then randomly placed the decoupage images around the card

This handmade card is a pop up, I have covered the inside with another piece of coordinating backing paper. This pop up card was purchased from QVC, It is possible to make your own but in this instance I used what I had in my card supplies.
